Livable Housing
As registered Livable Housing assessors, Inclusify Access offers certification for Silver, Gold, and Platinum Level Livable Housing developments. We provide certification at both the design stage (provisional certification) and upon completion, through the issuance of the LHDS Quality Mark Logo.
Our services include reviewing development application documentation and conducting site inspections during construction to ensure compliance.
Specialist Disability Accommodation
At Inclusify Access, we have a team of experienced consultants that brings extensive expertise in building practices with a strong focus on disability access.
Our assessors have in-depth understanding of the NDIS and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and can guide clients through the assessment and registration process, ensuring they understand their options and select the most suitable SDA for their needs.
Certification Process-
Dwellings seeking SDA enrolment with the NDIS must undergo certification by an Accredited SDA Assessor at two mandatory stages as below:
1) Design (Provisional) Certification -Assessment of the proposed design to ensure it meets SDA requirements.
2) Final As-Built Certification – Verification that the completed dwelling complies with SDA design standards.
At Inclusify Access, our assessors include highly experienced Accredited SDA Assessors who are well-equipped to guide you through the SDA Certification process with expertise and efficiency.
Disability Access Audits
Our disability access audits are comprehensive evaluations conducted to assess how accessible a built environment or facility is to people with disabilities. Access audits identify barriers that prevent people, especially those with disabilities, from accessing and using buildings, services, and information effectively. These audits assess compliance with accessibility legislative requirement.
We provide a comprehensive Access Audit report that identifies non-compliances and offers tailored solutions or recommendations to address them.
